Who We Are

Raised in East Idaho on a small family farm, I developed a deep love for the mountains, the outdoors, and the land. From horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and hiking to working on the ranch, those experiences shaped my strong work ethic, appreciation for the land, and love for the place I call home.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I was fortunate to wear many different hats. Right after high school, I attended nursing school and spent several years caring for others as a nurse. During that time, I discovered a passion for creating and began building and selling custom farmhouse furniture, which eventually grew into a small business.

That business led me into home remodeling and full-scale residential and commercial renovations. I found a passion for taking outdated spaces and transforming them into beautiful, functional properties with new life and purpose. Through these experiences, I gained a valuable understanding of construction, design, property value, and the details that make a house feel like home.

Along the way, I learned that hard work, integrity, problem-solving, and genuine relationships are the foundation of any successful business. Serving others has always been at the heart of what I do, and those values continue to guide me in real estate.

My greatest “why” is my family. I’m a wife and proud mother of three boys and one daughter, and we love the East Idaho lifestyle. We spend as much time as possible outdoors—whether we’re at the rodeo, working cattle and horses on the ranch, fishing, hunting, or exploring the mountains together.

For the past 28 years, David Fenton has proudly called Idaho Falls home. Guided by his faith and a deep devotion to his family, Dave’s greatest joy is his wife of 33 years, their six children, and their growing family of five grandchildren. Whether cheering on the kids at swimming, competitive dance, cheerleading, piano, or soccer, faith and family have always been the foundation of his life. Together they enjoy weekend camping, family trips and traveling to Europe since Dave is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Originally from Cache Valley, Utah, Dave spent decades building a highly successful career in the high-end furniture industry. Starting as a wood-turning apprentice, his relentless drive for excellence eventually led him to become Director of Manufacturing. In this role, he successfully implemented ‘Lean Manufacturing’—quadrupling output and earning a national manufacturing award. In 2006, Dave transitioned to VP of Sales and Marketing, where he traveled the country consulting with discerning interior designers, builders, and architects. Throughout his career, his standard has remained the same: find out what “the best” looks like in a given field, and put in the time and effort required to get there.
In 2026, Dave realized he was ready for a new chapter that would capitalize on his strengths and experience. Real estate was a natural fit—a business built on relationships, trust, and getting the details right for people making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Born and raised in Eastern Idaho, I've always loved the lifestyle this area offers and the strong sense of community that makes it feel like home. From the mountains to the open spaces, I enjoy everything that comes with living here and am proud to help others find a place they can call home in the community I know and love.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me staying active and enjoying the outdoors. I love CrossFit, dirt biking, snowboarding, hiking, and wake surfing whenever I get the chance. Whether it's exploring the mountains, spending time on the water, or challenging myself in the gym, I enjoy pushing myself and making the most of every season that East Idaho has to offer.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I developed a strong foundation in customer service and small business through a variety of work experiences. Those opportunities taught me the value of hard work, clear communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships based on trust. Helping people has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and real estate allows me to combine that passion with one of the biggest milestones in a person's life.
